These terms govern your purchase and use of CPSS Prep. By buying or using the product you agree to them.
The short version. You are buying time-limited access to study material, not owning it. Don't share your licence key. If it isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days. No study resource can guarantee you pass an exam, and this one doesn't claim to.
CPSS Prep is operated by Kahei Tse, Hong Kong. Payments are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), who act as merchant of record and are the seller of record on your receipt.
You are purchasing a personal, non-transferable licence to access the CPSS Prep study application and its content. You are not purchasing ownership of the content.

All purchases are one-time payments. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and nothing to cancel.
Each paid purchase issues a licence key that may be activated on up to three devices. The key is for your personal use only.
You must not share, resell, publish or otherwise distribute your licence key, or share your account access with others. We may deactivate a key we reasonably believe is being shared or misused, without refund.
If the product is not what you expected, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.
On refund your licence key is deactivated and your access ends. Refunds are processed by Creem and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
CPSS Prep is a study aid. No preparation resource can guarantee a passing score, and we make no such promise. Your result depends on your own preparation, experience and performance on the day.
We are not responsible for examination outcomes, fees, retake costs, or any consequence of a failed attempt.
CPSS Prep is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
"NSCA", "CPSS" and "Certified Performance and Sport Scientist" are trademarks of the NSCA, referred to only to identify the examination this material prepares candidates for. Always verify current examination requirements at nsca.com.
All content in CPSS Prep — questions, explanations, chapter summaries, lessons and design — is original work owned by us, except where third-party research is cited and linked to its open-access source.
You may use the material for your own study and print the cheat sheets for personal use. You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute or create derivative works from it, or use it to build a competing product.
The material is prepared with care and reviewed against published sources, but sport science evolves and certification content outlines change. Content is provided "as is" without warranty of completeness or accuracy, and is not professional, medical or coaching advice for any individual athlete.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
Your study progress is stored in your own browser. If you clear your browser data it cannot be recovered.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of CPSS Prep is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost examination fees or lost earnings.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you breach these terms, particularly by sharing or reselling your licence key.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. This does not remove statutory consumer rights you may have where you live.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to licence holders by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
